Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Money Tracker App website (themoneytracker.app) and the Money Tracker mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Money Tracker App ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

Money Tracker App provides expense tracking, income tracking, cash flow analysis, spending reports, bill reminders, receipt scanning, multi-currency support, and shared expense features. The Service is designed for informational and personal finance management use. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at our discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

Financial Information Disclaimer

The Service provides tools for personal finance tracking and is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Reports, charts, and summaries generated by the app are based on user-entered data and should be verified independently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any financial insights. Users should consult qualified financial professionals for important financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Money Tracker App or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including transaction data, receipt photos, and notes), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We will not use your financial data for advertising without your explicit consent.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of financial tracking, reports, or calculations. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Money Tracker App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to financial decisions made based on app data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Tracker App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
